“It took a great deal of persistence, repeatedly advocating the utilization of a disabled person for our position of Records Management Clerk. The main barrier I encountered was the belief that if a ‘regular’ person couldn’t keep the backlog of filing at bay, how could someone who was disabled? The Champions candidate had a records management background, an invisible disabilty and a drive to perform well. Working with Champions and their candidate was a resounding success.
