boom 96.7 in scenic Whitecourt, Alberta is on the hunt for a dynamic new morning co-host


Whitecourt, Alberta “Where The Rivers Meet” is a beautiful community located 1 and a half hours northwest of Edmonton.   Situated on the Athasbaca & MacLeod Rivers, Whitecourt offers many exciting outdoor activities, such as hiking trails, Rotary Park, bike parks, camping, fishing & Whitecourt is the snowmobile capital of Canada.   Whitecourt is home to the Wolverines of the AJHL, Canada’s largest free outdoor festival “Party In The Park” & also hosts the World River Jet Boat Races every second summer.


-You need to have the smarts and maturity to cover all topics: the good, the bad, the ugly, the political, the humorous, the emotional…things we deal with every day as human beings.  These are the universals that connect us all and make good radio stations great.

-You have integrity, and you are real and honest with your audience and with your co-workers.

-You must be committed to charitable work, public appearances, and community involvement.
