Stress Management at Work

Objective: Participants will learn about and discuss the impact of prolonged stress on their health. The focus will be on current stressors and strategies for coping with stress.

Outcome: Participants will: Identify their signs and symptoms of stress Determine what stressors are with in their control Be aware of the positive and negative effects of stress Have learned strategies for handling stress at home and at work Have practiced, when time permits, coping strategies.
