Giving and Receiving Feedback
Objective: Participants will learn about constructive and destructive feedback as it relates to the workplace. The importance of considering Motives for giving feedback will be examined. Methods for giving and receiving feedback appropriately will be discussed.
Outcome: Participants will: Be able to define feedback Recognize both effective and ineffective types of feedback Examine their own and other people’s motives for giving feedback Learn about and practice different methods of giving feedback
