Diversity Mentoring
Diversity Champions become part of the diversity network which helps build, support and sustain diversity mentoring and leadership in Calgary.
Each Diversity Champion employer is encouraged to choose leaders within their organization to mentor their colleagues about the the benefits of inclusion. We provide ongoing support while the internal leaders help create a comfort level with their colleagues.
Together, we create a strong network of diversity leaders and champions in diverse sectors throughout the city.
