Job Description:

The Property Damage Analyst is responsible for investigating and settling automobile claims according to established departmental procedures.
Job Requirements:
? Manages the claims settlement process according to operational standards and within authority.
? Completes full liability investigations using external resources and field representatives as appropriate.
? Negotiates and tenders settlements within authority.
? Monitors and controls required external expenses.
? Ensures timely, effective follow up.
? Works with claimants, suppliers and other parties in an ethical and professional manner.
? Clearly displays a commitment to work as part of a team.
? Accepts and internalizes responsibility for providing excellence in client service.
