Delivery Driver
The successful candidate will provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages in compliance with FedEx Ground standards in the Calgary area. This is an on call position, where the hours are not guaranteed. The hours of work is dependant upon the volume which fluctuates daily. There is no possibility of this position becoming fulltime. This position is ideal for someone who is semi retired, or owns a home business.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 1 year commercial truck driving experience, within the last 3 years. If you do not have this experience you will not be considered.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Great communication skills.
• Clean Drivers Abstract.
Ability to lift 70lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150lbs. with assistance.
