Interpreter Services
Champions Career Centre is able to provide various services for ASL Interpreting. Through partnering agencies and DRES supports Champions is able to provide ASL Interpreters for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing for employment purposes.
Champions is also able to provide or advise on other alternatives to ASL Interpreting services such as CART and online or video interpreting services.
ASL Interpreting services can be provided for:
- Employment Readiness Services
- Workshops
- Employment interviews
- Workplace Orientations
- Employment in-house trainings
- Employment meetings
DRES funding may be available for interpreting services. Please contact Champion Career Centre at 403-265-5473 for further information.
Champions is currently exploring other technologies such as SKYPE and online interpreting services to increase availability of interpreters.
