Inclusion Session

WHAT IS THE WORKPLACE INCLUSION SESSION (Disability & Sensitivity Awareness Training)?
The Workplace Inclusion Session works towards creating a more inclusive corporate environment by providing an in house training session addressing customer service, business advantages and corporate culture.

This 1 to 2 hour presentation delivers some great basic training on disability-related issues. Designed as an in-house program for employee education, it can effectively prepare its participants to relate to persons with disabilities, employees and customers, with confidence and know-how.

CHAMPIONS CAREER CENTRE developed the Workplace Inclusion Session which provides unique opportunities to deal openly with questions, attitudes and fears that restrict opportunities for people with disabilities. Participants learn best practices for interviewing, hiring and retaining persons with disabilities as well and the positive impact persons with disabilities in the workplace can have on your business and the economy.

THE WORKPLACE INCLUSION SESSION COVERS:
