RJ Steenstra is a Director of Creative Services, Western Region at Xerox Global Services. RJ has contributed to the marketing/communications scene in Western Canada for over twelve years. RJ has had a progressive career in marketing and advertising having spent time at numerous Calgary advertising firms including Venture Communications, Parallel Strategies, Zero Gravity and TAXI Canada Inc. In addition, RJ has spent several years mastering his expertise within the technology, transportation and financial sectors as Director of Marketing and Sales and a Consultant. RJ holds a BSc. in Anthropology and BA in Communications from the University of Calgary, an MBA from Royal Roads University and Management Consulting credentials from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France. When not working, RJ loves to travel and has been lucky to experience the rich and diverse cultures of Europe and Asia. He is a huge fan of TED.com and everything it represents and brings his passion as a contributor to the TEDxYYC organizing committee. He also serves on an operational committee for Servants Anonymous Society.
