Kelsey Drozdowski is an Associate at Bennett Jones LLP. Kelsey advises and represents clients with respect to commercial litigation matters, with a particular focus on bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring matters. She has specific experience in litigation involving debtor-creditor, foreclosure, intellectual property, employment, education, construction, energy, contractual and professional negligence matters, as well as in energy, utilities and environmental regulation and surface rights matters. She appears before all levels of court in Alberta, and has appeared before the Energy Resources Conservation Board, the Alberta Utilities Commission and the National Energy Board.
Kelsey presents to in-house counsel, industry organizations and professionals at professional development seminars, such as the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and the Insight Information Paralegal Forum.
She has volunteered with the Legal Education Society of Alberta, Calgary Legal Guidance, and as a member of the executive of the Canadian Bar Association - Insolvency Section.
Kelsey joined the firm as an articling student in 2002, becoming an associate the following year. Kelsey’s education includes University of Lethbridge, BASc, 1999 and University of Victoria, LLB, 2002.
