As a graduate of Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Jasleen has obtained a Bachelors degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Certificate in Human Resource Management. She is currently a member of the Human Resources Institute if Alberta and is working toward her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Jasleen has worked in Human Resources for Shell Canada for the past 3 years. She has experience in Recruitment, Event Management and is currently a Learning Adviser supporting a wide range of Shell businesses and functions. Her interest in Champions Career Centre is rooted in her belief that diversity in the workplace creates an environment that fosters innovative ideas and perspectives that reflect customer demographics. Studies show that inn reducing barriers to an inclusive workplace, employees will feel valued, connected and as a result will be more productive.
