Champions Career Centre has a fully accessible computer lab complete with up to date assistive technology to assist clients with Visual; Hearing; Mobility; and Cognitive or Language.
Assistive Technology promotes greater independence by enabling people to perform tasks that they were formerly unable to accomplish, or had great difficulty accomplishing, by providing enhancements to or changed methods of interacting with the technology needed to accomplish such tasks.
Champions is able to provide clients a computer lab that provides Systems Access, JAWS, Dragons Naturally Speaking, Zoom Text, large computer screens, large key keyboards, text scanners, roller ball and joystick mice, etc. Champions is continually working to update their software and technology to best serve the clients.
